Department of Physical Science
The Department of Physical Science is one of the newly establish departments in this Campus. Excellence in teaching and research has been the hallmark of the Department. The faculty members of the department are involved in innovative research. Departmental laboratory is equipped with all fundamental instruments. The Department of Physical Science has been exerting a major thrust in establishing collaboration with other leading educational, research institutions, and industries both in Sri Lanka and abroad. The Department offers three years general degree programme namely Bachelor of Science in Applied Physics and Electronics. Students from physical science stream (A/L) have been admitting to this programme.
